Shipping

All orders are shipped from Sen Organic Farmers Market, Richmond within 5 - 7 business days. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, you will receive additional emails once your order is shipped and delivered. Please note that certain orders may experience longer processing times due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays related to weather, ports, and factory delays. In such cases, you will be notified via email with an updated shipping timeline.

 

Tracking

There are instances where the courier may not immediately scan the package. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, kindly allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Once your order has left our facility, we no longer have any direct contact or control over it. Therefore, you will need to directly contact the courier to obtain any information regarding your shipment. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered and you do not have possession of it, you will need to get in touch with the courier directly to address any questions or concerns you may have.

 

Return and Cancellation 

At Sen Organic Farmers Market, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return an item or cancel an order. Please find below our detailed return and cancellation policy:

Yes, Sen Organic Farmers Market accepts returns.

Return window
We provide a generous return window of 14 days from the delivery date. This allows you ample time to inspect the item and decide if it meets your expectations.

 

Return method
You have two options for returning items: in-store or by mail. If you prefer to visit our physical store, simply bring the item along with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with the return process. Alternatively, if you choose to return by mail, please contact our customer service team for detailed instructions and a return shipping label.

 

Item condition
To qualify for a return, the item must be in new condition. It should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and accessories are intact and included with the return.

 

Restocking fee
We want to make the return process as hassle-free as possible for our customers. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

 

Return reason and fees
For returns due to remorse or change of mind, a return fee of $12.99 will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.

However, if you are returning an item due to defects or damage, no return fee will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such issues and will gladly replace the defective item or provide a full refund.

 

Cancellation before shipment
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.

Please note that certain items may be subject to additional return restrictions or exclusions. These include perishable goods, personalized items, and items marked as final sale. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance regarding specific product returns.

Refund and Exchange Policy

 

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your return. We will then proceed to review and approve or reject your refund request.

If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, as per the processing time of your financial institution.

 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items that result from our error. If you believe your purchased item is eligible for exchange, please contact us by email at support@senorganicco.com and send the item to Sen Organic Farmers Market, 2820 W Cary St., Richmond, VA 23221.

 

Sale Items

All sale items are considered final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please note that some of these items are on sale because they may expire within the next month or so. If you do not plan to use these items shortly, we recommend choosing an alternative item not on sale. Alternatively, you may contact us to confirm that the expiry date is within your desired time frame.
