Once upon a time in a France, a pastry chef was making his delicious secret recipe round cookies. They were called Galettes. He backed them with love in his very own oven. His Galettes were a big success and one day, his wife Constance thought of a genius idea. "Why not sell these cookies to the ladies from Paris to bring to the beach?"
