Shipping and Refund Policy

 

SHIPPING


All orders are shipped out from Sen Organic Farmers Market, Richmond within 5 - 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and additional emails once your order is shipped and delivered. Some orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays regarding weather, port, and factory delays. In these cases, you will receive an email with an updated shipping timeline.

TRACKING


At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered and you do not have possession of it you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.

 

Return

 

Sen Organic Flowers Shop offers returns for items within 15 days of your purchase.

 

No cancellation or refund of an order already delivered to the designated recipient shall be allowed, except for any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons due to our error.

 

or any missing or damaged items, please take a picture of received items in their original condition and contact us immediately.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Any failure to follow these instructions may result in no credit.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your return and approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Once your return is approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

 

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items that are the results of our error. If your purchased item is eligible to be exchanged, please send us an email at info@senorganicco.com and send your item to Sen Organic Farmers Marker 2820 W Cary St., Richmond VA 23221

 

SALE items

 

All sale items are final sales and can not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please be advised that some of these items are on sale because they expire within the next month or so. If you do not plan to use these items shortly, we suggest choosing an alternative item not on sale, or you may contact us to confirm that the expiry date is within your time frame.
